Pameran Pengantin 2009-Midvalley

Pheww..finally the exhibition’s over. Alhamdulilah, everything went smoothly as expected. Was really anxious to see how the booth would turn up, as this is our first time participating in a big event. We met lots of people, made new friends as well as catching up with old friends. It was awesome. Tiring but worth it.

Would like to express our deepest appreciation to our photographers, Laskar 13, Bob, Aloy, Inn and Artchan for the preparing and dismantling the booth, Kak Emi, Faizal Tahir and Andy for handing out the flyers. Not forgetting, the admins., Syaz and Man for being at their best, entertaining customer’s. To our ex clients, Ain & Man, Fauzan & Eel, Fad, Baby & family, Izam & Rina thanks for being there and giving your support endlessly. Last but not least, thank you to our future clients for booking us, you’ll not regret choosing us coz we’ll make the best for your wedding day.

With our presence at the exhibition, we hope people would start knowing our brand Danialhaikal and the persons behind it. We still have a lot to do, lot to learn, lot to expose. Dinner with family

We had our last dinner with Ibu n ayah. Tomorrow they will be leaving for Sudan. Well, its always like this for the past 20 years. Ayah's job requires a lot of traveling, so we seldom see each other. We only meet when it was raya or when i'm on school holidays.when i was young, we used to send letters and cards. So cute. Now, we often text, mail and most current, Face book.haha.

It was a cosy dinner,we stayed there until 10pm. ibu will be helping us setting up the booth tomorrow evening before they'll leave . Really lucky she could be help with the curtains as i'm really not good in sewing and putting up curtains. Hope everything will go fine tomorrow. Hope i'm not going to freak out..haha.

Well, I'm really going to miss them, again. Hopefully our plan to visit them will work..hehe.

Happy Birthday, Mak!

We celebrated Mak’s birthday with a Yassin session last night. The session was full with mak’s friends and relatives. Ibu also came along to join.

Did a bit of makan-makan and bought Mak a birthday cake.

The Twilight Saga

I watched the Twilight movie two days ago and It caught me ever since. Till today, I’ve watched the movie for 5 times. I don’t know why I feel so addicted to it. It made me feel like I’m in my teens again. Obsessed. Obsessed to the things that I like & love. Like dreaming to date Jonathan Taylor Thomas; the hottest & cutest boy on earth that time. Loved being thrown away to the music of the backstreet boys. Like I was lovingly life all alone. Sometimes being insane, being confused, being A TEENAGER.

Ok. Lets just get back to the series. I got a little bit of a late start on the Twilight series, but after watching the movie, I felt compelled to read it. I finished the New moon series in a day and it was better than the first. It made progress in every chapter. Have watched the movie made it more easily to improvise each and every character in the series. For Bella, there is one thing more important than life itself: Edward Cullen. Its heartbreaking romance and suspenseful twists made it hard for me to put the book down. Twilight allows the reader to experience a whole new outlook on vampires and how they interact around mankind. The book was so much more than I expected; the love feels so real, and at its heart, it's more a love story between two beings than anything else. Of course, because one of them is a vampire, there's a bit of hunting and quite a lot of action as well. This was a thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable book

I need not say more on this. I recommend it completely. I’m starting with Eclipse today. Can’t wait.

The perfect get away

Last week, I had the whole week to my self, away from the office. Wanted to get a break as I was quite stressed on doing double jobs.The initial plan was to spend the whole week at home but in between, Ibu had plans to go to PD. So we decided to follow.

We stayed at the Condo peranginan TNB in PD. The condo was situated beside The Thitsle Hotel. (Formally known as Guoman Hotel). The place was cozy, the pool was great and the beach was near to our room, which made it more convenient. Our unit had three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining hall and a living room. The unit was really spacious, it could fit more than 3 families in the unit.

As usual, Hubby, Haikal & Fadhli were the ones really excited. They spent most of their time in the pool or at the beach while I stayed indoors with ibu, just wanted to be relaxed. That was when I watched Twilight like several times..hehe. Haikal’s growing and he’s a lot more cunning these days. Still keeping up at his tricks, his tantrums.haha..well, that’s what little boys always do right? Always ready for adventures.

Well, it was a perfect getaway. Spending quality time with loved ones, not being rushed and not being pressured. Total relaxation.
There’ll be several trips to KLIA this week and the week after. Ayah Mail will be back from Pakistan on Wednesday this week and Ayah Zainal will be joining us from Sudan on Monday next week, the same day Hubby’s going to return from Labuan. Then Mak, Izat will be following ayah Mail to Pakistan the next week with Ibu, fadhli n ayah will be returning to Sudan as well. Wani’s going to come back from Melbourne, I think?

On top of that, we’re having a 3-day exhibition at midvalley next weekend. One of Hubby’s photography projects. Super busy for us for both weeks. Will talk later about the exhibition.

what la happen..

As expected, i've failed to update my blog continously.What to do, really tight with office work & additional job tasks at home. Really wonder how other people can manage their time well. I think i have to sign up for a time management course..seriously..

So many things happened through out these two months. My parents n my little bro's back from Sudan..so happy! At least Haikal get to see them every day now..hehe..but then atuk Mail pulak ke pakistan. Other than that.We attended various friends n relatives wedding, holiday at melaka.n.macam2la..will update them one by one..

Let's start with the latest, TRANSFORMERS the MOvie, here we come!!haha,we've booked our tickets for the 1st day show. Really excited and can't wait to watch the movie. Hubby n i are really big fan's of the transformers, never got bored of it even we have watched it a couple of times. Guess haikal has to stay home for a while, since he's still small.siaan dia..We did bring him once to the cinema to watch Night at the museum(2). We thought he would be sleeping while we were watching, instead he was walking up and down the stairs in the dark while making squeeking sounds which made us with no choice but to leave the house in the middle of the scene..spoil betulla.'-)We ended up buying another ticket the next day, and haikal had to stay at home with Wan.hehehe..Let mama n papa spend time together k haikal..;-)

An evening at Putrajaya

Since both of us are very busy through the week, we always make it up to spend our quality time with haikal during weekends. This weekend, we decided to bring him to Putrajaya.Bukan apa, just to get some fresh air.

Calm and relaxing, it was truly a nice day at the Mosque area.You can see kids playing here and there while their parents having their picnic. You can see people's smiley faces and hear laughter, feeling relaxed and enjoying the rest of the day.As for Haikal,there's plenty of space for him to play ball or run around & as usual, hubby will be busy clicking his actions on camera. His goofy, cheeky faces are not to be missed!..

It feels so good, spending the whole day with him. We only have one chance to be with our kids before they grow up. If we want them to love us and respect us when we are old, we have to build those relationships while they are young. Looking forward for more outings after this!

Mad Nor's Wedding

We headed to Melaka to attend Mad nor’s wedding. Hubby had to attend a seminar, so I invited Baya to join with me. We gathered at Nilai RNR and have a quick breakfast. Reached at Melaka around 12.30pm just before the couple was about to berarak.
I can say half of our class were present as Mad Nor was known for his FULL attendance at every wedding. Baiti frmTerengganu, Padly n Naufal frm Alor Setar, Syafina, Hazali frm JB and the rest of us from Kl.Hehe..Lucky him. It is always great to meet up with old friends and talk about the old days and to see where they have ended up. Looking at their cars they drove, I can say all of them are doing well.hehehe. It was an enjoyable gathering as Farid, our goofy friend, was cracking jokes all over us. In the old days, he used to pick on my size, as I was the only plump girl in class. Hampeh betul farid..Memang perang mulutla aku ngn dia dlm kelas tu..But that day I bugged him about his ugly behaviors in class in front of his fiancée’! How bout that?.haahaha…finally, revenge.. !
Overall, we had fun especially Haikal. He was running around, across the house, picking on the pelamin flowers, jumping, screaming..tahla apa nak jadi kat budak tuh..biasala rumah kampung besar, he didn’t loose his chances..;-). After this, who’s next? I’m aiming Farid..hahaha…or Puchong..or Pakru…or Kamil maybe?? We’ll see ;) .
Madnor, Congrats on your wedding. Semoga berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat !

Day break

Phew...A day break at last. Took this oppurtunity to spend the whole morning with haikal. Thought of buying nasi lemak for breakfast, but since i'm on a Diet..hahaha..i cancelled the idea and asked bibik to prepare fried maggie instead for Hubby..not for me..;) Haikal and i took bread.

Mak and ayah came to our house. We discussed about the kenduri aqiqah for Haikal which will be held somewhere in June when Ayah Mail come back from Pakistan and Ayah and Ibu from Sudan. Hopefully we will stick to the plan.

Hubby and Izzat have a wedding job today and tomorrow. So, bz la diorg nie. Looks like its gonna be me and haikal only this weekend. Boringss...
